What Happens After You Apply

Automated screening (24โ€“48 hours)
Your application, CV, and video are reviewed by our screening system. You receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Skills assessment (if shortlisted)
Shortlisted candidates receive a role-specific skills assessment to complete online. It takes 20โ€“40 minutes.

Video interview
Candidates who pass the assessment are invited for a structured video interview with a Virtuabled team member.

Reference and tech check
We verify your references and confirm your internet speed and equipment before any offer is made.

Offer and onboarding
Successful candidates receive a formal offer. Onboarding takes 1โ€“2 weeks before your first day.
